The challenges and opportunities of the massive social, technological and economic disruption of CV19 mean our ability to work flexibly and productively with a clear sense of purpose is essential to survival. Being able to predict, respond and thrive in these challenging and volatile times is perhaps the critical skill currently – and one where organisations often need additional expertise and capacity.

I offer three main services in terms of supporting change: interim leadership roles; change consultancy and training.

Interim roles – since 2010 I have led a number of major change projects in interim senior roles at Tate Liverpool and mima, as well as supported organisations including Turner Contemporary, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Focal Point Gallery and Ripon Museum Trust to develop their organisations in times of transition.

As a consultant I believe lasting change is created and led from within organisations and therefore support staff to enable this change. I draw on my wide experience of working with other organisations to create meaningful and long-term change to provide examples, frameworks and tools you will find helpful in this process. But the process is always driven by the client and therefore the nature and scale of success will be determined by you and your team.
