At the core of my work I aim to develop high trust and high challenge relationships that enable clients to clarify and work towards their goals. As a coach I provide a structured, focused and non-judgmental space in which the client explores their challenges and finds their own solutions through a supportive and accountable process.
I offer leadership support to individuals at all stages of their careers from aspiring and emerging leaders to established CEOs and those moving on from major roles. As a specialist in co-leadership and leadership development I also provide coaching packages in these areas and I regularly work with global majority and Deaf/disabled and Neurodivergent leaders.

How it works
Am I the right coach for you?
You need to feel comfortable talking to me – so I’m very happy to have an informal chat before you decide if we can work together. You might also want to check my qualifications, find out more about my values or read some client testimonials. I offer fully flexible contracts so if at any stage you decide it’s not for you – then you can stop, no problem!
Option 1: ‘Pay as you go’ coaching
You’ll start by completing a questionnaire in advance of our 90 min introductory session to help you prepare. In the first session, we explore what you hope to achieve and clarify how we’ll know our work is on track, booking in future sessions on a schedule to suit you. I create a simple contract summarising what we’ve agreed in terms of the scope of your work and our respective roles and responsibilities.
In subsequent sessions I’ll encourage you to reflect on and celebrate progress towards your goals and invite you to work on a specific area with the aim of generating fresh insights and solutions. Pacing of sessions balances momentum with allowing follow-up between sessions and aside from the actions you decide to take I might also suggest an exercise or inquiry question. to explore. Typically we meet every 2-3 weeks with sessions taking place online or in my office I central York.
Option 2: Coaching packages
I offer a choice of two fixed-price packages at a reduced hourly rate and including access to exclusive resources drawing on my experience as a leadership specialist. The leadership development programme is tailored to your context whether as an experienced CEO looking for a sounding board; a first-time manager wanting to develop skills and understand and hone your style or maybe you’re leading the team through a period of change. This programme is designed to help you develop your impact as a leader. The Co-leadership development programme is a comprehensive package of support based around my research and designed for new co-leader looking for external specialist support to guide them through the establishment of a successful new collaborative working arrangement.
